The collaboration of the Global Thrombosis Forum and the IUA started in 2022 when they made research presentations at the 30th World IUA Congress in Porto Alegre, Brazil. On June 13-15, 2024, group of proud 11 GTF Scholars (Arushi Garud, Divyanka Kavdikar, Harith Dhinakaran, Krish Raina, Mala Niverthi, Nethra Pai, Nysha Reddy, Priyanka Kavdikar, Richa Mahajan, Ragini Mohan, and Sia Lawrence) traveled to Porto, Portugal, to attend and make their PowerPoint research presentations at the 31st World IUA Congress.
